These terms govern your use of the Padel Park online shop at shop.padelpark.nz and the purchase of any product through this shop. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

The online shop is operated by Padel Park Limited, 82 Duke Street, Frankton, Hamilton 3204, New Zealand. In these terms "we", "us" and "Padel Park" means Padel Park Limited.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to place an order through this shop. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian to order on your behalf.

3. Pricing & currency

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before your order is confirmed.

4. Orders & stock

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order, we'll refund any payment in full.

5. Payment

Payment is processed through Shopify Payments and other payment providers integrated into our checkout. We do not store your full card details. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the payment method you provide.

6. Shipping & delivery

7. Returns & refunds

See our Returns Policy for the full terms. Briefly: unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days; items damaged through play are not covered.

8. Demo program

Demo requests are subject to availability of stock and court time. We will confirm your demo via email within 48 hours of your request. Demos do not constitute a commitment to purchase.

9. Gift cards

Gift card terms (expiry, redemption, balance checks) are listed on the gift card product page.

10. Warranties

All products carry the manufacturer's warranty. We are an authorised stockist for the brands we sell. Warranty claims for genuine manufacturing defects are handled by us on your behalf with the brand.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this shop (text, images, layout, branding) is owned by Padel Park Limited or used under licence. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost play time, lost income, etc.).

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
