Refund policy

Padel and pickleball gear is built to last — but if something is not right, here's how we handle it.

Standard returns: 30 days, unused gear

  • Return any unused racket, paddle, bag, or accessory within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.
  • Sale items follow the same policy unless explicitly marked "final sale".
  • We do not accept returns on used items (see below).

How to return

  1. Email office@padelpark.nz with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send return shipping instructions, or arrange pickup if you're local.
  3. Send the item back — buyer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
  4. Once received and inspected, we refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Faulty items: we handle the warranty claim

If your racket or paddle has a genuine manufacturing defect (frame split from normal use, delamination, frame issues), we cover the return shipping AND handle the warranty claim with the brand directly. Email us with photos of the damage and your order number, and we'll take it from there.

What is not covered

Rackets and paddles crack, chip, or break when they hit the court wall, the floor, or another racket. This is wear and tear from play, not a manufacturing fault, and is not covered by returns or warranty. Specifically not covered:

  • Cracks or breaks from impact with walls, floors, or other rackets/paddles
  • Damage to the frame from string changes done by anyone other than the manufacturer
  • Cosmetic wear (scuffs, scratches, paint loss) from normal play
  • Worn-out grips, strings, or accessories
  • Items returned without original packaging or in non-resellable condition
  • Items marked "final sale"

Demos prevent regret

The whole reason we built our demo system is to stop the "I don't love it" scenario before it happens. Try the racket or paddle on court before you commit — takes 45 minutes, costs you nothing, and you'll know within ten rallies if it's right.

Faulty in transit?

If your order arrives visibly damaged from shipping, email office@padelpark.nz with photos within 7 days and we'll replace or refund.
