Free shipping over $100
Free NZ shipping on all orders over NZD$100. Below $100, a flat-rate shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address.
How long it takes
Right now, most of our stock comes via our suppliers rather than being held in-house. Here is the honest breakdown of timing from when you place your order:
- Dispatch from supplier: 1–2 working days
- Transit to us: 1–2 working days from dispatch
- Pickup from Padel Park: ready in 2–3 working days from order
- NZ delivery (non-rural): 4–6 working days total
- NZ delivery (rural): 5–8 working days total
We are working with our suppliers to set up true drop-shipping. Once that is in place, end-to-end times will come down. Until then, the above is what to expect.
Tracking
Every order ships with track and trace. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us.
Pickup from The Park
Free pickup from Padel Park Hamilton, 82 Duke Street. Select “Pickup” at checkout. We will email when your order is ready — typically 2–3 working days from your order.
Where we ship
NZ-wide delivery only. International shipping is not currently available.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email office@padelpark.nz with photos within 7 days and we’ll replace or refund.
